Ccentric Diversity Survey

2019 Diversity Survey

Diversity and inclusion is fundamental to excellent performance in all organisations, especially those in the education, not-for-profit sector, and healthcare sectors committed to improving the quality of life. It is imperative that their leadership reflects the diversity and inclusiveness of their customers, staff, and stakeholders.

We recognise the importance of diversity and inclusion and have policies in place to promote a diverse group of candidates through our research, candidate sourcing and assessment processes. As part of our briefing process, we discuss your organisation’s aspirational goals on gender balance and other diversity issues to ensure these are given appropriate focus during the sourcing, assessment, shortlisting and client interview phases.

  • 54% of candidates placed into Executive Management roles are female.
  • 52% of candidates placed into Clinical Management roles are female.
  • 59% of candidates placed into General Management roles are female.
  • 56% of candidates placed into leadership roles in higher education are female.

As a leading executive search firm, Ccentric believes in promoting diversity and inclusion. Data on various aspects of diversity is not always readily available therefore we have developed a brief anonymous survey which we invite you to participate in.

The survey will provide us with insights into the candidate population at the leadership level across healthcare, higher education and life sciences. The survey tool we are using ensures results are aggregated and therefore totally anonymous at the individual level.

The survey is totally voluntary and you only need to answer the specific questions you wish to.  It will take no more than 5 minutes to complete. Click here to take the survey.

We plan to regularly publicise the research results on our website and in our newsletter so you will be able to view the aggregated results yourself.
