SAES 1 executive contract – 3-year contract

Reporting directly to the CEO and accountable for a workforce of 443FTE, the Executive Director, Allied Health will provide corporate, strategic, professional, and operational leadership of allied health services across the LHN.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious allied health leader to join an organisation that provides services to meet the health needs of 30% of the population of SA and play a key strategic role in achieving their strategic and operational objectives – to be one of the top five health networks in Australia and top 50 in the world by 2025 through world-class care and research.

The appointed ED will be responsible for the leadership, development, and implementation of strategies for allied health services across the broader care continuum to meet the health needs of the LHN’s population, consistent with the SA Health Care Plan and achievement of LHN’s strategic and operational objectives. You will have demonstrated knowledge of leading complex public health organisations and policy at a true systems level, with strong interspersal skills, a high-level ability to drive change and an extensive understanding of the Allied Health sector.
