Ccentric has been engaged by a highly reputable private NFP hospital and broader healthcare organisation in the search for its inaugural Commercial and Business Improvement Executive.

This position will report to the CEO directly and work closely with the executive team to provide leadership in, and be primarily responsible for, the co-design, development and delivery of the transformational projects for reshaping the business model with goals to achieve optimised revenue, margin, utilised resources and scoping new services of the private hospital.

The successful candidate will have a high level of commercial acumen and a deep understanding of private hospital operations. Superior communication skills and experience in successfully developing and delivering complex transformational change programs and projects are highly valued to be successful in the role.
