We are delighted to partner with a national private hospital group in the search and selection of an experienced Director of Nursing for the Mount Private Hospital in Perth, WA. As a part of a network of hospitals, the successful candidate will join a collaborative, supportive and patient-focused organisation at an exciting time.
Reporting to and partnering with the General Manager (GM), the DON will provide clinical, workforce and operational leadership to the hospital to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and commercial performance. As a key strategic lead and executive team member, the DON will lead and drive exciting clinical projects and develop a keen and driven clinical team.
