The Opportunity
Ramsay’s Nowra Private Hospital has been providing quality health care services to the Shoalhaven region and south coast of New South Wales since being commissioned in 1980. This facility provides acute surgical and medical services, rehabilitation, and day surgery services.
The CEO will provide leadership and strategic direction for the hospital whilst establishing and bolstering strong links with the medical and local community ensuring that the facility provides exceptional patient care while meeting its operational and business objectives.
What You Will Bring
To excel in this role, you will be an experienced senior manager with a proven track record of effective leadership, stakeholder engagement, strong financial acumen and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Business development experience along with negotiation skills is also essential.
