We are delighted to partner with a private, not-for-profit organisation in the search and selection of an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a regionally based hospital and aged care facility. The new CEO will join a collaborative and dedicated team in an organisation focused on quality healthcare, in a warm and compassionate environment.

  • Medical/surgical private hospital with circa 85 beds, operating theatres, an endoscopy unit, renal dialysis unit and oncology unit, with a wide range of surgical and clinical services.
  • Aged care facility

Reporting through the Board, the successful candidate will:

  • Lead all aspects of hospital, aged care performance to ensure they meet clinical, operational, business and workforce objectives, ensuring that exceptional care is delivered to the community.
  • Execute corporate strategy and ensure that the mission, vision, philosophy, guiding principles, objectives and standards are embedded into organisational culture.
  • Deliver commercial outcomes and maintain strong financial controls across all operations.
  • Build and maintain teams that are high-performing, informed, adaptive and values-led.
  • Grow and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including visiting medical staff, key community leaders and the local community.
