Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) has engaged Ccentric Group in the search for a new Director, Finance and Business Advisory Services. A newly created role with great potential career progression into the Executive finance/CFO positions, you will be accountable for financial services within the CALHN financial strategic plan and support its development and implementation across an LHN of more than 13,000 employees and a budget of approx. $2 billion.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic finance professional with exceptional communication and leadership skills to join the large metropolitan health service in Adelaide. The appointed candidate will be required to provide strategic financial leadership in a climate of significant reform and continuing change, working closely with KordaMentha in support of the wider CALHN Recovery Plan. This South Australian Executive Service (SAES) 1 Level appointment will be ideally suited to those with prior senior executive leadership experience in large, complex organisations, ideally in the health sector.
Whilst reporting to the Executive Director, Finance and Business Services, the appointed candidate will be required to have a strong working relationship with the entire CALHN executive management team, providing operational leadership and strategic support to ensure that CALHN can optimise its resources to deliver high quality, highly performing and efficient care for its communities.
