We are delighted to partner with a national private hospital group in the search and selection of an experienced Director of Finance for a hospital in Perth, WA. - A leading private provider of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery supported by the largest private Critical Care Unit.
- Medical/surgical private hospital with circa 180 beds; other specialities include orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular surgery and general surgery.

Reporting to the General Manager of Mount Private Hospital, the Director of Finance will be responsible for working collaboratively to:
- Maintain financial hygiene and manage the end-to-end finance function of the hospital
- Deliver commercial outcomes through daily management of hospital performance, OPEX and CAPEX budgets
- Provide timely and accurate financial information and share insights and knowledge to strengthen the business acumen of hospital employees
- Prepare and present annual budgets, weekly reforecasts and monthly management accounts
- Prepare and execute capital requests and business cases
- Own the admissions to cash process and drive cash conversion performance
- Build, lead and manage a team a high-performing team that includes various non-clinical departments
- Establish, grow and maintain strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Drive sustainable transformation and change implementation, including process improvement
