Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking 2 x Finance Managers/Directors of Finance to join medium-sized medical/surgical hospitals in the greater Sydney area. Both hospitals are apart of a national private hospital group.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and as a key member of the executive team, the appointed candidate will be an active member of the team, providing financial guidance and operational direction across a range of non-clinical and clinical departments, to ensure the efficient management of human, financial and material resources and ensure customer service is maintained at optimal levels. They will also be responsible for assisting the General Managers in promoting growth and identifying areas for expansion.
With prior experience in leading and managing the financial and strategic elements of hospital operations preferably within a private hospital environment, the appointed candidates will play a key role in the future success of the organisations.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent financial and management accounting competence
- Superior understanding of HR management and an effective communicator
- Track record of success in the private hospital sector (desirable)
- Relevant qualifications/or working towards relevant qualifications in management
- Degree in Accounting & CA/CPA qualifications
