We are delighted to once again partner with a national private hospital group in the search and selection of a new Director of Nursing for one of its Melbourne hospitals. As a part of a network of hospitals, the successful candidate will join a collaborative, supportive and patient-focused organisation at an exciting time.
Reporting to and partnering with the General Manager (GM), the DON will be responsible for working collaboratively with the executive team in providing key clinical, workforce and operational leadership to the hospital, to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and commercial performance. As a key strategic lead and executive team member, the DON will lead and drive exciting clinical projects and develop a keen and driven clinical team.
