November 14, 2019
Adelaide, Australia

Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) has exclusively partnered with Ccentric Group in the search for a new Divisional Director (Medical) Critical Care. This is an opportunity to be appointed into an executive level role with a budget of approx. $112M and 600FTE, across an LHN that is currently in a period of population growth and subsequent investment in redevelopment projects and expansion of facilities. This includes a redeveloped ED within the 336bed Lyell McEwin tertiary hospital, and major redevelopment at the 174bed acute care teaching hospital at Modbury due for completion in 2022.

We are seeking a strong leader and communicator with prior experience in building and maintaining a collaborative working relationship across numerous clinical disciplines. They will be required to continue to build and foster a culture of operational and financial accountability across a growing network, and through a collaborative leadership approach grow capacity and capability of staff within the directorate.

The appointed candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery activities in a patient focused, clinically led model across all NALHN campuses and units, bringing together empowered experts to directly make relevant decisions. Key to the role will be the ability to balance the management of the clinical and business side of the organisation, and maintain the culture of compassionate care, fairness and equity going forward.

For a confidential discussion about the position and/or to receive a detailed information pack regarding this opportunity, please contact Michael De Santis, Principal Consultant at Ccentric Group, either via phone +61 (0) 406 499 659 or email (michaeld@ccentricgroup.com).
