Ccentric are delighted to be working exclusively with one of Australia’s Primary Health Networks in the search for a new General Manager, Health System Improvement.

A key member of the 3-person executive team, the GM - Health System Improvement will hold responsibility for driving the provision of high-quality primary health care in the ACT. Reporting to the CEO and working collaboratively as a member of the ELT, they will be responsible for a large portfolio focused on primary health care (i) Quality Improvement programs, (ii) Health System Integration programs, and (iii) Commissioning & Contract Management activities, with a total FTE of approx. 30 across the 3 portfolios.

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative health leader, with a strong track record of building and facilitating strong working relationships with key stakeholders throughout the broader health system in order to enable improvements to consumer experience and a more integrated approach.
