Ccentric are delighted to be assisting our client, a privately owned full-service Clinical Research Organisation (CRO), in the search for their new ‘Head of Asia’ position. With its headquarters in Sydney, the team operates with global reach across Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Europe and North America, and has a focus on the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries and across all study Phases.
Working closely with the CEO and executive team, the role will be based in and take accountability of the SE Asian region, ideally Singapore, South Korea or Taiwan. The Head of Asia has the opportunity to establish the organisation as a known and respected provider of clinical contract research services in Asia to Biotech, Pharma, and Medical Device companies. The appointed candidate has the opportunity to strategically build and grow the team across the organisations' Asian region to meet the requirements of existing customers and any business development opportunities.
We are seeking a commercially minded and operationally strong leader and stakeholder manager who has experience and knowledge in the CRO sector. The candidate has the passion to manage and be accountable for the Asia operations including reporting on operational and financial performance to the Management team and the Board.
