In 2016 Flinders University launched a unique and futuristic undergraduate in Healthy Ageing, available online only, offering students the flexibility to study from anywhere in the world and at a pace that meets their individual needs.
The College of Nursing and Health Sciences expects growth across all of its ageing courses and requires a senior academic staff member to lead the curriculum development and delivery in partnership with industry. The Associate Professor/Professor will also provide leadership in ageing research, one of the strongest research foci in the College.
The Associate Professor/Professor will provide mentoring and opportunity to strengthen research track records, achieve research performance expectations and strengthen Flinders’ reputation as a world class leader in ageing research.
The incumbent will provide leadership in strengthening existing partnerships and forming new partnerships with external stakeholders that have potential for growth or provide improved teaching, learning and research outcomes.
