Mr Jason Silverstone is now the Medical Director for Actelion, he was previously the Assistant Medical Director Healthcare Solutions at Janssen.

Mr Michael Goldberg previously CFO at St Jude Medical is now the Managing Director.

Ms Belinda Moyes has moved from Southern Adelaide Health Service where she was CEO to be the new Chief Executive of Barwon Health.

Mr Simon McKeon AO has been installed as the 8th Chancellor of Monash University succeeding Dr Alan Finkel AO.

Assoc. Prof. Robert Baird has moved from Melbourne Pathology (Director of Microbiology) to the Royal Darwin Hospital as Director of Pathology

Ms Lisa Lynch is moving to Adelaide to become the new COO at Women’s and Children’s Local Health Network. She has moved from Melbourne where she was Site Manager at Yarra Ranges and Mental Health Director.

Professor Bruce Robinson is now reviewing the Medicare Benefits Scheme for the Government after 10 years as Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Sydney. Professor Robinson has also been recently appointed as the new Chair of the National Health and Medical Research Council.

Professor Brian Schmidt is now the Vice-Chancellor of Australian National University in Canberra. Professor Schmidt, a Nobel Laureate, returns to Canberra after many years overseas.

Dr Humsha Naidoo is leaving Queensland Health where she has held various Medical Administration positions since 2009 to become the new Chief Medical Officer at Bendigo Health.

Professor Bridget Johnson is moving to the University of Glasgow to take up the new position of Florence Nightingale Professor of Nursing, leaving her position as Professor of Palliative Care at the University of Nottingham.

Professor Patricia Kearney, who was previously a Research Professor at University College Cork is moving to the University of Newcastle as the Chair of Public Health.

Previously Company Secretary at Victoria University, Ms Natalina Velardi is moving to the recently merged Villa Maria Catholic Homes as the Company Secretary. Also joining Villa Maria Catholic Homes is Mr John McKenna in the role of CFO. He was previously CFO at Japara Holdings.

Dr Jason Goh previously the Chief Medical Officer at Albury Wodonga Health is moving to the Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital as Director of Medical Services.

Ms Sandra Moore has been appointed CEO/DON at Nambour Selangor Private Hospital, moving from her position as Executive Officer at Mater Misercordiae Hospital Mackay.

Mr Ian Bell has recently taken up the position of Regional President  Europe, Middle East and Africa at Alcon moving from his role at Hospira as Corporate Vice President and Regional President Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Professor Sally Mapstone the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education at Oxford is moving to the University of St Andrews to become the new Vice-Chancellor.

Ms Catharine Death has been appointed as the General Manager – Peel Sector, Hunter New England Health. Catharine will be based from Tamworth Base Hospital.

Ms Jodi Nieass has been confirmed as the General Manager – Lower Mid North Coast Sector, Hunter New England Health. Jodi will be based from Manning RRH.

Dr Anthony Cross has been appointed as the new Director of Intensive Care at Northern Health in Melbourne. Anthony moves on from dual Intensivist and Emergency Medicine roles at Box Hill Hospital.

Dr Tony Kambourakis, Director of Emergency at Monash Medical Centre and Deputy Chief Medical Officer has moved to Alfred Health to take up the role of Director Medical Services.

Mr Damien Gibney has moved from Program Director Continuing Care at Eastern Health to take up the role of General Manager Access & Performance Sunshine & Sunbury / Divisional Director of Emergency, Medicine & Cancer Services at Western Health.

Mr Luke Blair who been a partner and board director of the firm London Communications Agency has been appointed as the inaugural Vice-President (Communications and Public Affairs) at Imperial College London.
